All the bedrooms have smart TVs. This Villa has a large living room with A/C units. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped.
The covered patio provides dining for 12 people and a gas BBQ grill. Enjoy the tropical garden and relax in the outdoor seating area’s by the pool.

4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The 5th bedroom is a second master suite located on the first floor. All Bedrooms have closet space, AC and TV's .

Payment Policies
A partial non refundable payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $300.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 1 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

This a no-smoking viila- Smoking inside the villa is NOT allowed.
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
We kindly ask also not to flush cooking oil or toilet papers in the toilets- trying to contribute to our new national waste management.
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am.
