Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $150.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 1 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Keep doors and windows closed when AC's are on.
This a no-smoking property
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
We kindly ask also not to flush cooking oil or toilet papers in the toilets- trying to contribute to our new national waste management.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
We encourage responsable use of water and electricity- Please turn off the air conditioning if you are going out for more than 2 hours.
DO NOT use towels for makeup removal, cleaning, or as floor mats.
