Yes! All our units come equipped with beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for your convenience.
Umbrellas, however, are not provided due to safety reasons—Aruba is very windy, and umbrellas can become hazardous or break easily if not handled properly. You can rent umbrellas directly on the beach, grab a palapa (beach hut) early in the morning, or purchase a basic umbrella at Super Food for approximately USD $20- $50 depending size and brand.
2. Can we check in early?
Early check-in is possible based on availability and only if there is no check-out or cleaning scheduled on the same day.
We can confirm early check-in one day prior to your arrival.
You’re always welcome to drop off your luggage and return once your unit is ready.
3. Can we request a late check-out?
Late check-outs are also subject to availability, depending on whether there is an incoming guest and the cleaning schedule.
We can only confirm this one day before your departure.
You are welcome to store your luggage and pick it up later in accordance with the host. However, please note that access to the unit (including bathrooms and kitchen) will not be possible after check-out time.
4. Is there a fee for late check-out?
We always aim to be flexible and accommodating!
If available, late check-out until 12 PM is free of charge.
If you require more time, we recommend booking an additional night to ensure comfort and flexibility.
5. What will immigration ask from me upon arrival?
We highly recommend visiting the official Aruba immigration or tourist website for the latest and most accurate information.
Requirements may vary by country, but generally, you’ll need the following:
- ED Card (Embarkation/Disembarkation card – available online)
- Proof of paid reservation
- Yellow Fever vaccination (only if traveling from certain countries)
- Credit card or cash, depending on your country of origin
6. Can we drop off our luggage?
Yes, absolutely! If early check-in is not available, guests are welcome to drop off their luggage and return at the designated check-in time. We’ll keep your belongings safe while you start enjoying your day!
7. When will we receive our check-in details?
Your check-in details will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival. If you haven’t received them by then, feel free to reach out to us directly.
8. How will we communicate with the host?
Most communication will be handled via WhatsApp for your convenience.
We strive to respond promptly during weekdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Please note that messages sent after hours or during weekends/ holidays may experience a delayed response time.
For any urgent matters or emergencies, don’t hesitate to call us directly—we’re here to help!
9. Do you provide playpens, cribs, or high chairs?
Yes, we can provide playpens, cribs, and high chairs upon request and upon availability.
Please let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for your little one’s comfort and safety.
10. Can we have cleaning during our stay?
Yes, mid-stay cleaning is available upon request and at an additional cost.
If you’d like to schedule a cleaning, just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.
