A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest can cancel at least 30 days prior to the check in date for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount, after that host will receive 100% for all nights.
(If cancellation occurs between 0 and 30 days prior to check in date % of the total booking amount is refundable)

House rules:
Inform the hosts immediately in case of any irregularity.
Keep doors and windows closed when AC's are on.
This a no-smoking property
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
We kindly ask also not to flush cooking oil or toilet papers in the toilets- trying to contribute to our new national waste management.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
We encourage responsable use of water and electricity- Please turn off the air conditioning if you are going out for more than 2 hours.
DO NOT use towels for makeup removal, cleaning, or as floor mats.
