1. White & Bright: Help us keep our towels White & Bright. For Make-up Removal we recommend make up removal wipes. Stained towels will be replaced at your expense.
2. RESPONSIBLE USE OF WATER: Be mindful of energy & water usage during your stay. Aruba has one of the cleanest tap water in the world, the process is achieved by great efforts and high costs.
3. RESPONSIBLE USE OF ENERGY: Keep Doors Closed to protect the Air Conditioning System for damaging and Turn-Off AC's when leaving for the day.
4. NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is only permitted OUTSIDE. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in additional fees for odor removal, furniture cleaning, and maintenance.
5. Keep the property and all Furnishings in good order.
6. HOUSEKEEPING: While the entire place will be cleaned before your arrival, we do not provide daily housekeeping. However, if you need additional cleaning services or change of towels during your stay, please inquire, and we can make arrangements for a fee.
7. THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED: The owner/host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises, neither for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any guests.
8. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER: The septic system will clog up if improper material is flushed. NO feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If anything other than toilet paper it is found to have been flushed and clogged the septic system, you will be charged for damages.
9. NO PETS ALLOWED: While we love pets, we regret to inform you that the property is not suitable for accommodating them. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends during your stay.
10. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly request that you treat the property with respect and refrain from hosting parties or events. We strive to keep the place in pristine condition for both future guests and your potential return visits. Please help us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all.
11. REPORT ISSUES PROMPTLY: If you encounter any maintenance issues or problems during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
12. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES: Delays, late arrivals, missed flights, and/or missed reserved days caused by weather, jobs, or any other reasons not caused by the host/owner will not be reimbursed.
13. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
