Payment Policies
A partial non refundable payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $150.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 1 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Guests can cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund. After that, Host will receive 100% for all nights

Turn of ac’s if leaving the house for more than 2 hours.
Inform the hosts immediately in case of any irregularity.
Keep doors and windows closed when AC's are on.
We kindly ask also not to flush cooking oil or toilet papers in the toilets- trying to contribute to our new national waste management.
