Un pago parcial en la cantidad de 50% del total se adeuda al hacer la reserva. Pago restante se adeuda a más tardar 30 días antes de la llegada. Se requiere un depósito de daños reembolsable por separado por la cantidad de $150.00. En lugar de cobrar directamente el depósito por daños, se realizará una retención en la tarjeta de pago registrada 1 días antes de la llegada. Se liberará automáticamente el 5 días después de la salida, siempre que no se apliquen cargos.

House rules:
Inform the hosts immediately in case of any irregularity.
Keep doors and windows closed when AC's are on.
This a no-smoking property
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
We kindly ask also not to flush cooking oil or toilet papers in the toilets- trying to contribute to our new national waste management.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
We encourage responsable use of water and electricity- Please turn off the air conditioning if you are going out for more than 2 hours.
DO NOT use towels for makeup removal, cleaning, or as floor mats.
